Trained in ancient Mediterranean religions (including Judaism and Christianity), my niches are Gnostic and Nag Hammadi Studies, New Testament, and Early Christian history. I have a special interest in recovering the rich yet understudied lives of early Christian gnostics, exploring how their thought and spirituality impacted ancient Christianity and continues to have rippling effects today.
